Refund Policy
What happens to your money and credits on Tiny Desk AI: renders that error or time out cost nothing, pack credits never expire, subscriptions cancel anytime, and unused packs can be refunded within 7 days.

Failed renders cost nothing
If a video fails or times out, the credits for that render go straight back to your balance. You don't need to ask.
Videos blocked by the safety check
If the video is made but our video provider's safety check then blocks it, the provider still bills the render. Those credits are used and are not returned, and the video is not delivered. Accounts that repeatedly trigger the safety check are banned, and credits already used are not refunded.
Packs and subscriptions
Credits are currently sold through Stripe as one-time packs. Packs are charged once, never renew, and their credits never expire. If subscription products become available again, the checkout page and applicable terms will explain their renewal, cancellation and credit validity before purchase.
Refunds for unused packs
You can ask for a refund of a pack you haven't used within 7 days of buying it. Email support@gettinydeskai.org from the address on your account and tell us which purchase it is. Packs that have been partly used are not refundable, except where the law requires otherwise.
Payment problems
If you were charged but didn't receive your credits, or were charged twice, email support@gettinydeskai.org and we will sort it out.
